Selection of installation ground:
The installation ground for the touch splicing screen should be flat, as the entire system of the touch splicing screen is relatively large in both volume and weight. The selected floor also needs to have a certain weight bearing capacity. If the floor is made of tiles, it may not be able to withstand its weight. Another point is that the installation ground should be anti-static.
Precautions for wiring:
When installing a touch splicing screen, it is important to distinguish the power and signal lines during wiring and install them in different locations to avoid interference. In addition, it is necessary to calculate the length and specifications of various wires required based on the size and installation position of the entire project's screen, and calculate the needs of the entire project.
Environmental lighting requirements:
Although the brightness of touch splicing screens is very high, it is still limited, so the surrounding light in the installation environment should not be too strong. If it is too strong, the image on the screen may not be visible. Light that may enter near the screen (such as windows) should be blocked if necessary, and it is best to turn off the lights when the device is running to ensure its normal operation. Do not install lights directly in front of the screen, simply install a cylindrical light.
Framework requirements:
In order to facilitate the maintenance of touch splicing screens in the future, the frame edging must be detachable. Leave a gap of about 25mm on each side between the inner edge of the outer frame and the outer edge of the assembled wall. For large assembled walls, the margin should be appropriately increased according to the number of columns. In addition, in order to enter the box for maintenance in the later stage, the maintenance channel should be no less than 1.2m wide in principle. The detachable edge strip should be pressed 3-5mm against the edge of the screen. After the box and screen are fully installed, the detachable edge strip should be fixed at the end.
Ventilation requirements:
In the maintenance channel, air conditioning or air vents must be installed to ensure good ventilation of the equipment. The position of the air outlet should be as far away as possible from the touch splicing wall (preferably around 1m), and the air from the air outlet should not blow directly towards the box to avoid uneven heating and cooling of the screen and damage.
At the touch splicing construction site, installation and debugging should determine the cause based on the phenomenon reflected by the fault, and focus on checking the synchronization interface and transmission cable of the equipment, as well as comparing the synchronization frequency range of the signal source and display terminal. If there is ghosting in the image, check if the transmission cable is too long or too thin. The solution is to replace the cable for testing or add signal amplifiers and other equipment. If the focus is not ideal, the display terminal can be adjusted. In the face of problems, the first step is to learn to analyze in order to better solve the root cause of the problem. Through strong analysis, inspection time can be shortened. These methods are some methods and skills for debugging after installation. The installer must be skilled and good.
